How to get a Yellow Circle Around Your Cursor?

if you asked how I get the yellow circle around my cursor (pointer) now see this post…….!

Step 1:   Download first this software Real World Cursor Editor.

Step 2: Right click this software and open it…..

Step 3: Then click to create.

Step 4: Click to New Mouse Cursor

Step 5: Go to Make Arrow Shape.

Step 6: You will see a new window open create arrow shape and click okay…..

Step 7: Go to move….and press it cursor image and hold on now move in the middle!

Step 8: Go to Ellipse selection..and hold again anywhere then cover it this cursor..!

Step 9: Go to flood fill…..! and to choose it any color..to u want fill it…

Step 10: Go to file/save as to any name………and save it to any place you want!

Step 11: Go to desktop, right click to open Personalize>change mouse pointers.

Step 12: Go to Pointers>Browse>select file>open it.

Click to Apply and OK.

    I have made my own designs but I would prefer a LARGE yellow circle, does anyone here know how to achieve that? plus when you left click can a wave effect show up?

    There are actually a whole lot of particulars like that to take into consideration. That may be a nice point to bring up.
